What We Know About Fairlight's Plumbing
Old Red Hill drops steeply toward the water, and the further down that gradient you go, the newer the building gets.
Up near Lauderdale Avenue and Fairlight Crescent it's mostly Federation and inter-war brick homes on the higher blocks. Nearer the shops, walk-up units take over the closer you get to the foreshore.
